0 will launch on November 16, delighting fans who have been waiting years for a follow-up.

The sequel will release several weeks after the launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Described as an “all-new, free-for-everyone and best-in-class Warzone experience,” Warzone 2.

0 will take players to Al Mazrah, a fictional desert located in Western Asia.

Al Mazrah features several familiar locations, such as Terminal from 2009’s Modern Warfare 2.

There will also be several new features to get players excited including a revamped circle mechanic for end-game play.

Instead of a single shrinking circle, players will instead face multiple circles, shaking things up as the match draws to a close.

Gulag 2.

0 will see players dropped into an arena with just their fists, to loot, shoot and win a 2v2 battle and get another shot at the big map for a second victory.

With Gulag 2.

0, there's an option to search out the mysterious AI character known as 'the Jailer'.

Use his key to escape the arena and take your loot back to the big map.

Next up to excite gamers, the long-rumoured DMZ mode has finally been confirmed and will launch alongside Warzone 2.

Described as "the most closely guarded, leak-proof secret in Call of Duty history", there's still not much confirmed about DMZ.

What we do know is that it's an "extraction mode" and an "all-new sandbox experience".

Developers called the mode a "passion project", where the main premise is choosing the experience that you want, working socially if you wish, and collecting gear to keep and utilize in your Warzone 2.

Over the last year, it’s been rumoured that DMZ will be an Escape From Tarkov-style extraction shooter.

It's suspected that players must raid a dangerous area and escape with their loot alive.

Warzone 2.

0 will also introduce an upgraded anti-cheat system, which will include “new features and mitigations” designed to protect the game and its players.

This will also be available from day one in Modern Warfare 2, and both Call Of Duty titles have been built on the same engine.
