Call Of Duty: Warzone Mobile Gets Official Announcement & Teaser

Activision has recently officially announced Call Of Duty: Warzone Mobile alongside a brief teaser trailer.

While the studio isn’t giving out any details on the upcoming game, it won’t be long before players can find out more.

Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will be a fairly faithful adaption of the PC and console version of the game.

It’s also completely separate from the already available battle royale mode that you can find in Call Of Duty: Mobile currently.

Even though the official announcement for the game happened last week, Activision let on that the game was coming months ago.

Back in March it announced that it was recruiting for the development team that would be working on the upcoming title.

At that time there was no official name for the release.

But the studio did share that the game was being built natively from the ground up for mobile devices.

And that it would be using “cutting-edge technology” to do so.

The Call Of Duty: Warzone Mobile teaser is just that, a tease If there was ever a teaser that embodies the word more than anything else, the Warzone Mobile teaser does just that.

The short 9-second clip (which you can watch above), merely shows the plane players use to drop into the map in the original game before fading to the title screen.

And that’s it.

Advertisement Activision does plan to share more information about Warzone Mobile this week though.

COD Next happens on September 15, which is this Thursday.

The studio confirms that Warzone Mobile will be a part of that event.

That’s all Activision is saying about the game however.

It’s still unclear what information Activision plans to share.

Since the studio hasn’t said anything about the game before the teaser since March, players really don’t know much.

That means Activision may not necessarily share every detail about Warzone Mobile this week.

And that seems especially likely since there’s also no indication of how far along development is.

For instance, Activision probably wouldn’t bare all if the game isn’t planned to release this year.
